Information We Collect
When you use Tag Connection, we may collect the following types of information to provide you with the best possible experience:
- Account information such as your email address and login credentials
- Profile information including photos, bio, age, and personal preferences
- Messages exchanged between users on the platform
- Usage data such as profile interactions, swipes, and connections made
- Device information including device type, operating system, and app version
- Location data used to help you discover connections nearby
- Camera and media content when you upload photos or record content in-app
Device Permissions We Request
Tag Connection requests the following permissions to enable core features. All permissions are optional — manage them anytime in your device settings.
Your control. You may revoke any permission at any time through your device Settings. Some features may be limited without certain permissions, but your account remains active.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Tag Connection platform and all its features
- Match users and facilitate meaningful connections
- Improve features, performance, and overall user experience
- Maintain platform safety and prevent fraud or abuse
- Respond to user support requests and inquiries
- Enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines
User Content
Content you upload — including photos, profile information, and messages — may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant Tag Connection a limited licence to display and deliver it within the platform.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Our infrastructure is powered by Firebase, which maintains industry-standard security certifications.
Age Restriction
Tag Connection is exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18. Any such account discovered will be removed promptly.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data — ever. Information may only be shared in these limited circumstances:
- When required by applicable law or a valid legal process
- When necessary to protect the safety or security of our users
- When required to operate the platform securely with trusted service providers
Your Account Control
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, your data will be removed from our active systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Tag Connection constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Eligibility
By accessing or using Tag Connection you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.
User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tag Connection:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or orientation
- Threats of violence or any form of intimidation
- Sharing illegal, harmful, or dangerous content
- Scams, fraud, or impersonating another person
- Posting misleading or deliberately false information
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or commercial abuse
- Creating fake, duplicate, or bot accounts
- Sharing another user's private information without their consent
Safety & Moderation
Tag Connection maintains an active moderation system to keep our community safe. We may review reports, remove content, restrict access, or permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Zero tolerance. Certain violations — including abuse, threats, illegal content, or fraud — will result in an immediate and permanent ban without prior warning.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through Tag Connection. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Account Suspension
Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned. Tag Connection reserves the right to take action without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Service Changes
Tag Connection may update, modify, or discontinue features, policies, or services at any time to improve the platform or comply with applicable regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
Tag Connection is not responsible for user-generated content, interactions between users, or actions taken by users on or off the platform. We provide the service as-is and make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Continued use of Tag Connection following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Right to Delete
At Tag Connection, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time — no questions asked.
How to Request Deletion
Send us a deletion request by email. Our team will process it within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
- Profile information — name, age, photos, and bio
- All messages and chat history
- Matches and connections
- Account login details and credentials
What May Be Retained
A limited subset of data may be retained for a short period after deletion for the following purposes only:
- Security and fraud prevention
- Legal compliance and regulatory obligations
Any retained data of this kind is automatically and permanently deleted within 30–90 days and is never used for any other purpose.
Final Notice
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your data, matches, messages, and profile information will be gone for good. Please be certain before you submit your request.
